重庆三峰卡万塔环境产业有限公司现对 AIGT 环保工程项目进口触媒滤袋进行竞争性比选采购，欢迎符合资格要求的潜在报价人参加。
Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. hereby conducts competitive selection procurement for imported catalyst filter bags for the AIGT Environmental Protection Project. Potential bidders meeting the qualification requirements are welcome to participate.
1、项目名称：AIGT 环保工程项目

2、采购内容：进口触媒滤袋的供货（详见附件：触媒滤袋采购技术规范）
2、Procurement Content: Supply of imported catalyst filter bags (see Annex: Technical Specifications for Procurement of Catalyst Filter Bags for details)
3、比选申请人资格要求
3、Qualification Requirements for Applicants
3.1、具有独立法人资格，并具有有效营业执照；非中国大陆申请人可以按其当地要求提供相关依据。
3.1、Possess independent legal person status and valid business license; applicants from outside Chinese mainland may provide relevant certificates in accordance with local requirements.
3.2、本项目不接受联合体报价。
3.2、Consortium bids will not be accepted for this project.
3.3、关联方约束：单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加比选。
3.3、Related Party Restriction: Different entities whose legal representatives are the same person or have holding or management relationships shall not participate in the selection simultaneously.

获取时间：2026 年 4 月 27 日～2026 年 4 月 29 日（工作时间）
Obtainment Time: April 27, 2026 – April 29, 2026 (working hours)
获取方式：通过电子邮件（zouym@sancov.com）或电话（023-88055032）等方式领取比选文件。领取时，提供参与项目名称、单位名称、联系人、手机号及邮箱地址等信息。
Obtainment Method: Collect the selection documents via email (zouym@sancov.com) or telephone (023-88055032). When collecting, provide information including project name, company name, contact person, mobile phone number and email address.
6、比选申请文件的递交

文件递交截止时间：2026 年 5 月 15 日 10:00 前（北京时间）
Submission Deadline: Before 10:00 on May 15, 2026 (Beijing Time)
递交方式：全部文件应在截止时间前交到或按下述地址邮寄到重庆三峰卡万塔环境产业有限公司采购部。
Submission Method: All documents shall be delivered or mailed to the Procurement Department of Chongqing Sanfeng Covanta Environmental Industry Co., Ltd. at the following address before the deadline.
